The dispersal sale of New Holland Tractor, JCB Loadall and JCB 3CX has been brought about after the passing of Dai Jones in January this year. Dai was well known in the locality for his Contracting and Earthworks and took great care and pride in his machines. Two redundant stone barns with Planning Permission granted for the conversion to a four bedroom dwelling with land extending to approximately 0.57 acres.

A Farmer's son, Stephen was brought up on a mixed livestock farm near the town of Usk, in the centre of the County of Monmouthshire. A graduate of Harper Adams University College, Shropshire, Stephen gained an Honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. In 2000 he became a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
