Winter sheep grazing for 250 ewes or 300 hoggs over approx. 173 acres.
Lot 2:
Land at The Pentre, Llangattock Lingoed, Abergavenny, NP7 8RR
Winter sheep grazing for 50 ewes or 60 hoggs over approx. 36 acres
• Permanent Pasture which has been well rested and in excellent condition.
• Landowner to move sheep around farm according to ground conditions.
• Handling and penning facilities available at the farm.
• Available from 30th October 2023 to 29th February 2024.
• Tenders to be received by 12 noon on Friday 27th October 2023 at the Agents Office.
• The Licensee shall pay 50% of the agreed license fee at the commencement of the License and 50% on 1st January 2024.
