SFP Entitlement Instruction Form - 2012

By submitting this form, I/We hereby instruct Williams Associates to trade our entitlements for the 2012 trading period. We accept full responsibility for the information provided and will be liable to any third party who suffer loss of Single Farm Payments due to inaccurate information provided above.

I/We hereby authorise Williams Associates to request Entitlement Statement and Transfer Forms on our behalf from the Welsh Assembly Divisional Office. Any requested information to be sent directly to the Agent´s Office. The Vendor to provide Williams Associates with signed transfer forms for completion and submission to the Welsh Assembly/RPA by 23th March 2012.

Williams Associates will obtain payment of the purchase monies from the purchaser(s) and hold the same in the Client Account as Stakeholders.

Williams Associates will only release the purchase monies to the Vendor once the transfer has been approved by the Welsh Assembly/RPA.

Williams Associates will deduct their commission at the agreed rate of 5% plus VAT on total sale values up to £20,000 and 2.5% plus VAT on any additional sum subject to a minimum charge of £200 plus VAT.
