Re-development and change of use proposals for land and buildings.  Close links with established Architects and Consultants to maximise asset potential.  Experience in submitting Planning Applications and Appeals.

Member of the Welsh Assembly Valuers panel for Bovine TB and other notifiable diseases

Grants & Single Payment Scheme
Advice on the various grants available to farmers and landowners. Completion of Single Payment Scheme Applications and Appeals in England & Wales
