The Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse any lot.

In accordance with The Low Voltage Electrical (Safety) Regulations 1989, no single-phase electrical item can be accepted unless accompanied by a qualified electrical certificate.

Under the Health & Safety at Work Acts, all items of machinery and equipment must comply with safety standards and the responsibility of this will rest with the vendors who will indemnify the Auctioneers against any claims made by the purchasers.

Lots can be delivered to Junction Yard, Ross Road, Abergavenny NP7 6NS on Thursday 30th & Friday 31st May, 9am – 5pm.

All lots are left at Junction Yard, Ross Road, Abergavenny NP7 6NS at the owner’s risk, no claim shall be made against the Auctioneers for any losses whatsoever.

Unless a Warranty is specifically given, all lots are sold with all faults and imperfections and errors of description.

All lots are sold subject to ‘Conditions of Sale for all Sales of New or Used Machinery, Motor Vehicles, Chattels or Other Sundry Items and/or Equipment’ recommended for use by The Livestock Auctioneers’ Association Ltd.

The Auctioneers will release the purchase monies to vendors, less entry fees and commission, within 14 working days of receiving cleared funds from the purchaser of the relevant lot.
