Williams Associates was established in 2008 by Stephen Williams who had worked in the auctioneering and surveying profession in Monmouthshire for nine years.
A Farmer's son, Stephen was brought up on a mixed livestock farm near the town of Usk, in the centre of the County of Monmouthshire. A graduate of Harper Adams University College, Shropshire, Stephen gained an Honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. In 2000 he became a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
