The aims of the business shall be to provide a professional and modern service to all clients whilst maintaining a friendly approach and a first class and responsive service.
The business was formed in July 2008 by Stephen Williams BSc (Hons) MRICS after spending nine years working for a local firm. The business intends to bring a modern and fresh approach to all aspects of Rural Property and Business.
Offering a complete range of residential and land valuations by a RICS qualified surveyor including the following: Capital Gains Tax, Probate, Security, Matrimonial, Insurance, Partnership and dispute resolution matters and Litigation Valuations conducted
Advice on all aspects of Agricultural Law, including: Farm Business Tenancies, Agricultural Holdings Act, Rent Reviews, Compensation, Termination and Succession.
Re-development and change of use proposals for land and buildings. Close links with established Architects and Consultants to maximise asset potential. Experience in submitting Planning Applications and Appeals.

Williams Associates was established in 2008 by Stephen Williams who had worked in the auctioneering and surveying profession in Monmouthshire for nine years.
A Farmer's son, Stephen was brought up on a mixed livestock farm near the town of Usk, in the centre of the County of Monmouthshire. A graduate of Harper Adams University College, Shropshire, Stephen gained an Honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. In 2000 he became a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
